VIRTUAL GRIEF SUPPORT GROUPS

are being offered weekly by Golden Willow Retreat. Groups meet via Zoom on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6-7:30 p.m. MST, Thursdays 3:30-5 p.m. MST and from 5:30-7 p.m. MST, and on Saturdays from 10-11:30 a.m. MST. A DIABETES SUPPORT GROUP

meets the first Wednesday every month at 3:30 p.m. at Holy Cross Hospital, 1397 Weimer Rd, Taos. The peer-driven support group is held in the Diabetes Wellness Center. The next one will be on Wednesday, February 2. For more info, call Lori Ann at 575-7515769.

ANGER REDUCTION AND AVOIDANCE GROUP
